Terms and Conditions


ARYSE Clothing respects their customers’ privacy. Therefore, all account information collected by us will be kept private and confidential and will never be shared with outside sources.


All order payments are done through PayPal, where you also have the option to pay with a Bank Account, Debit or Credit Card, Prepaid Gift Card and PayPal Credit. If you wish to purchase one of our items but do not have any of the options that were listed, please contact us and we can discuss a different method of payment.

If you have made a payment through your Bank Account, we will receive an eCheck payment and the status on your order will be pending. This usually takes about 3-5 days business days to be processed and deposited into our account. Once the payment is cleared we will process your order.

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address if it is different from your billing address.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders received/purchased will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. However, sometimes it may be quicker depending on the amount of orders we receive in a certain period.

If you believe you have entered the wrong address or your address has changed, please contact us with your full name that was used on your order, order number, receipt number and the correct address that you want us to ship your order to.

Domestic Shipping

Most orders that are placed within/near Ontario usually take about 1-4 business days depending on the location. Orders that are placed further away from Ontario can take up to 6-9 business days. All domestic orders will receive a tracking number once their package has been shipped out through email.

International Shipping

Orders that are made in the United States usually take about 7-10 business days depending on the location. Orders that are made in all other countries usually take about 12-15 business days depending on your location. International orders are sent out as regular mail and therefore will not receive a tracking number.

Please note: If you wish to place an order with express shipping which includes a tracking number, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns that are made within 7 days after receiving the package will be refunded, only if the item is in its original form, such that it has not been worn, washed or altered in any way. If ARYSE clothing approves your refund, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the item(s) only. Original shipping and/or handling fees are not refundable.

Exchanges depend mostly on existing stock; if the item that you wish to exchange for is sold out, you can still exchange it for another item that is of equal value. If the item is still in stock, the exchange can only be made with the same condition as stated above for the returns. However, once an exchange is cleared and processed the buyer must pay for the shipping to their location.

ARYSE Clothing has the right to refuse any returns/exchanges if we believe that the item is not in its original condition.

Important note: All orders that were purchased with a discount code or a sale price are final and will not be returned/exchanged. If you return an item that was on sale or purchased with a discount code, ARYSE Clothing has the right to refuse the package.

Ordering & Cancellation Policy

All of our orders are placed online. If you are unable to place an order online for any reason or wish to order the item via email, please contact us.

If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, you have up to 24 hours to do so by contacting us and requesting us to cancel it.
